Account Cancellation Agreement
Before you proceed with the cancellation of your FitTransformer account, please read and understand the "FitTransformer Account Cancellation Notice" (referred to as the "Cancellation Notice").
Important Reminder: Canceling your FitTransformer account is irreversible. Once canceled, you will no longer be able to use this account or retrieve any associated content, orders, devices, or bindings—even if you later register again with the same email.
We recommend backing up all relevant information before cancellation and ensuring that all related services are properly handled. Following successful cancellation, we will delete your personal information. Please note that, in accordance with applicable laws, FitTransformer will retain relevant log records for at least 3 months.
1. We deeply sorry for your decision to cancel your FitTransformer account. If you still insist on canceling your account, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1.1For security purposes, your email must be verified, with no changes to the email or password retrieval in the last 3 months. The account should be active and free from any restrictions in the past year.
1.2 Your account must have no assets, including but not limited to FitTransformer memberships or automatic renewals.
2. During the period when your account is canceled, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to:
2.1 Complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigations by national authorities, etc., you understand and agree that FitTransformer has the right to decide whether to terminate the cancellation of this account without obtaining your consent separately.
3. Canceling your FitTransformer account means that you will no longer be able to use this FitTransformer account and will not be able to retrieve any content or information related to this FitTransformer account, including but not limited to:
3.1 Personal and historical information (like avatars, usernames, orders, etc.) will be permanently lost;
3.2 You will not be able to log in or use the account;
3.3 Records from FitTransformer or any third-party services linked to your account will be unrecoverable. You will not be able to log in or use the above services again, and the virtual property rights and other property interests you obtained will be deemed to have been automatically waived and cannot be continued to be used. You understand and agree that FitTransformer cannot assist you in restoring the above services.
4. Canceling your FitTransformer account does not exempt you from any responsibilities or actions taken prior to cancellation.
